Reiki Sessions available Thursday - Saturday 11:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Sessions available Sunday to Wednesday upon request. Reiki, which means "universal life force energy," is present in all of our lives. At times we lose touch with ourselves as energetic beings and can experience emotional and physical discomfort in our bodies. Bringing attention to the body through the hands-on touch or mental focus of Reiki, allows the energy systems of the body to be restored to a state of balance. A Reiki session can help you reconnect with your own natural energy. During a Reiki session, clients are fully clothed and lie on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner places her hands on or above specific areas of the body (chakras or energy centres) and energy is projected to those areas. Reiki helps release energy blockages and provides a source of restorative healing.
